Thank you for shopping at Pheonix Art's Corp!
- You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Contact eweber140@gmail.com first with your order number before returning.
Accepted Returns:
- Prints and reproductions (for any reason)
- Damaged or defective items (we cover return shipping)
Not Accepted:
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Digital downloads
- Items past 30 days
Process:
- Email us to start the return.
- Ship the item back (you pay return shipping unless damaged).
- We’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days after inspection (original shipping is not refunded).
We pack everything carefully — please check your item right away if there’s any issue.
