April Art Update

Hey everyone!It’s been a while since my last blog—my apologies for the long gap.In case you missed it, earlier in April we celebrated the 3rd anniversary of the store! I’d say it was a decent success, though I’ll let others be the judge of that.

I took a short break from making art because I was sick for an entire week. On top of that, we had some nasty storms earlier this month, which knocked out the power in my area.

So overall, this month has been pretty relaxing—a nice change of pace.One thing I’ve noticed is that more traffic is starting to come in. Not a huge jump, but little by little, it’s growing—and that makes me smile.During the anniversary sale, I even made another sale!Unfortunately, the sad part is that it was flagged as high risk, so I had to take action and cancel it. It’s disappointing, especially when it’s my artwork.

Closing out this post: A new artwork is on the way! Will it be ready by the end of the month? Maybe—but don’t get your hopes up just yet. I definitely want to get another piece out soon, and I’ve got some amazing ideas lined up.At the same time, I’m also balancing my book author side of the business. One of my books is getting close to completion—it just needs the right mood and moment to bring it across the finish line.With all that said, have an amazing rest of your month!
